Still Maintaining... But
I can't believe that I haven't really done any "formal" exercise, but have been maintaining my weight. A while ago, I could not maintain if I was not exercising, but since I have put on a little more muscle, I am not gaining weight. I had better get back to a regular routine because I will get used to not doing anything and will be become complacent and not want to do anything. Getting back into the routine is as hard as starting the routine.
So how is everyone else doing??
