Oh Man, Am I Tired

I took another spin class this morning. It was good. You know that you can burn up to 800 calories in one hour if you spin. But that was not all. Then I lifted. I also have done well with the healthy eating. Veggies and protein with some carbs. are good. You do not want to drop all your carbs. because you need them for quick energy.
