Life Is Still Happening! (Loosing Fat)

Remember last time I told you that LIFE is happening to me and that I am not exercising as much as I would like or need to. Well, its still happening. The good thing about now compared to a little while ago is that now I do not just gain a lot of fat when I am not exercising as much as normal. I just maintain, which is what is happening now. If I don't get back to my normal routine, IT MAY NOT CONTINUE LIKE THIS!

Still Losing Weight?

Life has been happening to me lately, so I haven't been watching my weight or my food intake as much as before. I have been on the go so much that I am not even sure if I have lost any more fat. Of course, you know, when you are on a good pace, something happens so that your stride is broken. But anyway, I will have to get back to a better lifestyle and loose some more fat!

Oh Man, Am I Tired

I took another spin class this morning. It was good. You know that you can burn up to 800 calories in one hour if you spin. But that was not all. Then I lifted. You also know that you need to gain muscle in order to burn calories. Oh yea, I talked about that yesterday! Make sure and check out the Burn Fat E-Book by clicking on the title above.

I also have done well with the healthy eating. Veggies and protein with some carbs. are good. You do not want to drop all your carbs. because you need them for quick energy.

Gaining Muscle, Burning Fat!

I am on a mission to burn fat and gain muscle. That is the only way that I will be able to lose weight and lose weight effectively. I have some ideas in order to do that, but I am not an expert on the subject. I do know that it is very important to feed your body so that you body does not feed off of itself. What I mean by that is if you do not give your body enough protein, then it starts to eat the protein that it has, which is its muscle. When your body eats its muscle, then you lose muscle. Muscle is what burns calories. More muscle, faster the metabolism, more calories burned, more weight lost! Less muscle, slower the metabolism, less calories burned, the fatter you get.

Well, Did I Mess Up Last Night, Or What!

I told you all yesterday that I wanted a McDonald's chocolate shake. Well, I got that AND a small order of fries, and were they good!! But that was not good to get those things.

Today, I can say that I am feeling a little more stable. I had a good spin class this morning, and had a controlled lunch with s veggies and good protein. I think I will be alright for the rest of the day!

Oh and didn't forget to drink lots of water.

I Am Not Hungry, But I Want To Eat Everything!

Man, what is wrong with me? I want to eat everthing in site. I know other people feel this way too from time to time, right? Iguess I should just come out and confess that I love, absolutely love sweets! I have been really good with not eating 40-50 Wintergreen Lifesavers in one session, but I have this reaaly strong urge to get a chocolate shake from McDonald's. I am trying to fight the urge, but I know that I will not be able to fight each and every single urge I have. I will let you know the next time I post if I was able to hold off!!

Ho, Hum!

I almost fogot that it is my 8th day. I have lost 4 pounds now and thinking about McDonalds and Taco Bell. Losing fat is hard! n I weigh 163! Not bad, but I killed myself doing it. I really need to turn up my matabolism so I don't have to work as hard and I will still have a high rate of calorie burning, even at rest. I heard from an employee that she started a cleanse and she began to loose fat. She said that if you have a lot of toxins, then your tissue holds on to that fat. I don't know if that is right, it sounds good. If anyone one knows, than post your comments. She said that she would send me the website , but hasn't yet.

Oh, I forgot to let you know that I will be starting spin class, hopefully, 4 days a week, weight training 2 days a week. But I am tired already and it is only the first day this week.

Still The Weekend. And Click Here To See How Loose Fat.

This weekend went better than all the other weekends where I was trying to loose fat.
However, I can do better in the area of watching what I eat and drink. I seem to let all my inhabitions go on the weekend. It is like I should be eating and drinking on the weekends and it is all work and focus during the week. I am so "on it" during the week, but "off it" during the weekends. I guess that is what it is like with most people. Is that right??

I will report where I am on Monday weight-wise.

Fifth Day

This is now the fifth day and I feel pretty good. Exercise was very hard today, it was good that I was doing something that I like doing, Spinning. I just found out that there will be another spin class during the week at my fitness club. I tell you, if you can grab ahold of e good exercise that you enjoy, you have taken care of half the battle!

I have not pigged out today, but it is only about 2:15 pm. I will be careful to have fiber when I get home. Also, I haven't had any alcohol either.

My clothes are fitting looser as well!

Second Day Out of a Seventy Day Goal, ugggh!

Boy, this feels like the 45th day, but it is only the second day. Doing well with not pigging out and exercising, but it is only the second day!!

I did a 60 minute spin class this morning; my favorite form of exercise at this time!! I always burn lots of calories while spinning!

I am going to try and get to sleep early tonight so that I can get at least 7 1/2 hours of sleep, but I am wide awake right now. You know that getting plenty of sleep with help you with your weight lose.

Well, better go and go to bed to get that sleep!

Beginning my fat loosing time!

This is my first day on my "fat loosing" effort. I am tired irritable and a tad bit hungry. Let me clarify, I am hungry for the things that make me fat. I would love a glass of wine and I have been on this kick of eating probably about 40-50 wintergreen lifesavers in one sitting, and that is the conservative side!! I am happy to say that I haven't had one lifesaver. That is not because of my strong will not to have one, it is because I ate all of them!! Now I have to make sure that I do not buy any more, not even the small bags.

Okay, now for the facts!! I am 43 years old and this morning, I weighed 165.4 pounds. That is about 35.5 pounds more than I want to be. And I will not be "skinny," I will be a good size for my bone structure and height.

This morning I had a protein shake and also this afternoon the same. I also had some, not too many, nuts and lots of good fiber. I am now, at this time, chowing down on a big salad with lots of good veggies, so eggs for protein, no salad dressing, just some extra virgin olive oil. I am set for today food-wise.

Now for the exercise portion, I lifted weights, jogged 2 miles and stretched well.

If I can keep both of those things above in check along with enough sleep and enough water, I thing I will doing well.

Well, here goes!!

This is the first time that I have posted to a Blog, let alone starting one.

I am on the road to weight lose!! I have tried several times before. I loose then gain some back. I am not necessarily a large woman, but I still would like to lose some weight to feel better, have more energy, etc. You all know what I am talking about.

What I would like to do is to have a forum, like a support group if you will. Hopefully this blog, Lets Loose Fat will help others and myself to get through this time of trying to loose fat!!

I will post again soon because tomorrow is when I plan to begin my exercise program with better eating habits. I will let you know all about it!!
